Hello to the world of the mask, a case it not more than I could ask! As the mask is to the person then it's a case to the phone. Phone case cleaning is a daily task to be done as they roam around with us in the company. Everything is classy in white they say! I believe the whites give us peace of mind and the openness to clear thoughts of the mind. White is luminous, bright, and can create a sense of space or add highlights to any contempt color. It gives excellent serenity with absolute refreshment and a sense of purity. White color provides magical looks when combined with any color. White is the succulent who gave life to pastel colors. To grieve the presence of dust, take down the following actions to remove them.

Precautions to be carried out before getting into the cleaning process -

  • Remove the case from the phone before performing any of the following activities.
  • Clean it with the necessary solutions to make the case fit for certain reactants.

Table of contents:

Silicone cases:

The white silicone case being user friendly is also dirt friendly as it attracts dust particles from the atmosphere. It often turns yellow or winds up with very obvious stains. The stains and tarnishings denote material degradation. The properties of silicone are heart-melting. They have high durability and are generally reluctant to tearing off or other damages. They are antibacterial and can be washed as many times to mark their quality. Most silicone cases are very delicate and tough, which is worthwhile in terms of phone protection. Silicone possesses a scratch-proof, shockproof, waterproof nature. Also, provides an additional slip-proof grip to the user. The modest and matt look is worth every buck as they are reasonable and obliging.

Baking soda treatment:

Baking soda works on numerous stains however, it is not assured to remove all of them. To proceed with this phone case cleaning hack, begin by sprinkling baking soda all over the phone case surface. Then, use a wet toothbrush to activate the baking soda into the process of removing the stain. Leave it still for a few minutes. Rinse the case coated with the baking soda and use a soft cloth or a microfiber cloth to dry it.

Baking soda with lemon:

Lemon and baking soda is a myth in cleaning any kind of materials. The acidic properties in lemon activate baking soda. First, squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl. Take a cotton ball and apply the juice all over the case, then sprinkle baking soda over the juice to activate it. Once the activation begins they act hard on stains and greases. If the stains remain, gently rub the soda in a circular motion with your fingers. Rinse it off in cold water. This is looking completely new and sensational.

Whitening toothpaste:

It eliminates surface stains using natural ingredients such as zinc, citrate, and silica. Silica present in paste helps to turn elements whiter than it's existence.

Some highly recommended whitening toothpaste are-

  • Colgate Optic White- whitening toothpaste.
  • Himalaya stain removal toothpaste.
  • Closeup visible white toothpaste.
  • Sensodyne whitening toothpaste.

Plastic white cases:

Plastic is the second highly preferred material to buy phone cases as they are arousing in its protection strategy. Not all plastics are alike, but they are generally of low cost, easy to manufacture, durable, strong for their weight, electrically and thermally insulated. They are resistant to shock, corrosion, chemicals, and water.

Bleach water:

If you need more cleaning power on white phone cases, mix bleach and water in a bowl.  Only a small amount of bleach should be used because too much can damage the texture of the case. Dilute one teaspoon of bleach in warm water, then place your case into the solution for 2 to 5 minutes. The bleach should help in removing tough stains and yellowing. Rigid materials used for cleaning can distort the product and cause difficulties in the usage of the product. Bleach is one such corrosive and rigid material.

Rubber cases:

A rugged, rubber case offers the greatest protection because it consists, subsequent layers of liquid gel as a protection shield. It also includes a rigid layer and a silicone liner for heightened shock absorption. Also, these cases often offer additional protection, such as screen protection and water resistance. Rubber cases remain at the low end of the cost spectrum.

Alcohol:

Certain strains are more stubborn than others, especially the white rubber. I suggest sanitizing with isopropyl alcohol. So if you still can’t get rid of all of the dirt think of something scrubby and not so gentle as rubber is more choosy on grimes.

Baking soda:

Mix a thick paste of baking soda and water in a thick consistency. Spread the paste over your rubber case and let it parch for a few hours. Finally, brush away the paste and rinse your case in lukewarm water. It's a subterfuge, if this isn't effective, try it again with more effectively thicker paste.

Borax:

Adding a little borax will accompany the dirt until it is removed.  Take a bowl with soap water and borax mixed in one-quarter proportion. Let your rubber case rest in the solution for about an hour. Always use a flat woven lint-free microfiber cloth to dry on rubber or any soft material. This will prevent streaking and lint from being left behind.

Wood cases:

Wood is the most delicate phone case texture, it is very important to dust your wooden phone cases more often because, this will prevent oil, dirt, and debris from plummeting in or crossing out the surface. Do not apply the 'clean with water beforehand' precaution on wooden cases because the water may seep into wood and damages may occur. Excessive contact with water can cause wood to deteriorate and worsen. Instead, follow the below steps to maintain your wood case whiter all time.

Vinegar:

In case to fight over tougher grime on your wood phone case, you have to slightly dampen the microfiber cloth with a small amount of water and wipe it all over the skin. The extra sticky residue needs special treatment. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the water to a bowl and dip your cloth in it. Never apply the liquid directly to the wood case, always apply to the cloth and ensure its usage on the case. Then use a dry microfiber cloth to engulf any surplus water. Since wood is porous use a fluffy microfiber cloth to dry wood. This will ensure on removing liquids from being absorbed into the small cracks and clefts.

Leather white cases:

Leather phone cases are best to be cleaned with a mild solution because leather is penetrable, so you have to make sure you are getting into the smallest flings and fissures of the material. Leather is a comfortable hand clutch. The nature of a leather case is that it will absorb the oils and dirt that comes in contact with it. That is a major downfall because the leather is a rich and unique patina and softens the leather.

Whitening detergent powder:

Wet a clean cotton cloth so that it is damp. Apply a small amount of whitening detergent to the clean cloth. Squeeze cloth and rub in the soapy compounds, so that it is evenly spread across the cloth. Gently rub the entire case in a circular motion with your fingers and focus more on the dirty spots. Do not rub the case under a lot of pressure as this can cause the leather to be stretched or removed from the plastic layer below the leather. The magnetic stain removal properties of whitening detergent suck in dirt and get it cleansed as new. Do not rinse with water, instead soak a microfiber cloth in water and wipe off the dirt processed.

Saddle soap:

Saddle soap is exclusively made to use on leather-textured materials. It is a mild soap used for cleaning, conditioning, and protecting the leather. Apply a very small amount of saddle soap to a cleaning cloth, and then gently rub the fabric across the surface of your leather phone case. Moreover, it is like applying wax to a car, the saddle soap must disappear as you rub it into the leather. Once you are satisfied, use a dry clean cloth to wipe off any access of soap from the surface. Let the case entirely dry before putting it back on your mobile phone.

There are more techniques in clearing cases but these are ideal.

Final words:

Prioritize your consideration before leaping into What and where to buy?. Think about its future arising difficulties and longevity or lifespan of the case in hand. It’s important to regularly clean your phone case to prevent any soot, sediment, and sloppy buildup. Consider a combination of cleaning mixtures and microfiber cloths, you can 100 percent effectively clean your phone case no matter what type of case it is. Think about it.
